Plan My Safari
  • Introduction

    These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the All Out Safaris website and any safari planning or travel services provided by All Out Safaris ("we," "us," "our" or "the Company").

    By using our website, requesting a quotation, making a booking or engaging with our services, you ("the Guest" or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

    Our Services

    All Out Safaris offers two core services:

    • Bespoke Safari Design – personally designed safari itineraries where we arrange accommodation, transfers, activities and other travel services through trusted third-party suppliers.

    • Hosted Safaris – professionally hosted safari experiences to selected destinations, including Kruger National Park, the Greater Kruger, Madikwe Game Reserve and Pilanesberg National Park.

    Quotations

    • All quotations are provided without obligation and are subject to availability.

    • Quotations remain valid for the period stated on the quotation.

    • Prices may change before booking confirmation due to supplier availability, exchange rates, government taxes, park fees or other factors beyond our control.

    • A quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking.

    Bookings

    • A booking is confirmed only once:

      • the required deposit has been received;

      • availability has been confirmed by the relevant supplier(s); and

      • a confirmation letter has been issued by All Out Safaris.

    • All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant travel suppliers.

    Payments

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking unless supplier terms require a higher payment and is due on the date stated on your invoice.

    • The remaining balance must be paid by the due date stated on your invoice.

    • Failure to pay by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled.

    Guest Responsibilities

    Guests are responsible for ensuring they have:

    • A valid passport.

    • Any required visas.

    • Required health documentation or vaccinations.

    • Comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, baggage and travel disruption.

    Guests are also responsible for advising us of any dietary requirements, allergies, medical conditions or mobility requirements before travelling.

    Hosted Safaris

    • Hosted safaris are operated according to a planned itinerary. While every effort is made to follow the published itinerary, changes may occasionally be necessary due to weather conditions, wildlife movements, road closures, operational requirements, supplier changes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

    • Any changes will always be made with guest safety and the overall safari experience in mind.

    Wildlife

    • Safari experiences take place in natural environments where wildlife is free roaming.

    • Wildlife sightings, animal behaviour and weather conditions cannot be guaranteed. Guests participate at their own risk and agree to follow all instructions provided by guides, lodge staff and All Out Safaris representatives.

    Third-Party Suppliers

    • All Out Safaris works with carefully selected accommodation providers, transfer companies, guides and activity operators.

    • While we strive to partner with reputable suppliers, we cannot accept responsibility for the acts, omissions or services provided by third-party businesses.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Out Safaris shall not be liable for:

    • supplier failures;

    • transport delays;

    • weather conditions;

    • wildlife sightings;

    • government restrictions;

    • force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters);

    • loss, damage, injury, death or additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

    Intellectual Property

    • All website content, photographs, videos, logos, branding and written material remain the intellectual property of All Out Safaris and our travel suppliers unless otherwise stated.

    • No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

    Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or a booking itself shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

  • This policy applies to both our travel agency bookings and hosted safaris.

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

    • Once your booking has been confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable.

    • Cancellation charges for the remaining booking value are determined by the relevant travel suppliers and may increase as the travel date approaches.

    • Certain conservation fees, permits, promotional rates or special offers may also be non-refundable.

    • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

    • If you wish to amend your booking, we will do our best to assist, however, changes remain subject to supplier availability and may incur additional charges.

  • This policy applies to both our travel agency bookings and hosted safaris.

    • The 50% booking deposit is non-refundable once your booking has been confirmed.

    • Any remaining payments eligible for refund are subject to the refund policies of the relevant travel suppliers.

    • Refunds may be reduced by supplier cancellation fees, payment processing fees, bank charges or other non-recoverable costs.

    • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

    • Processing times vary depending on supplier procedures and financial institutions.

    • Where a supplier does not authorise a refund, All Out Safaris is unable to issue one.
